Refund policy
At Aneesa Makaïo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
For change of mind or incorrect sizing, you are able to return your items for store credit within a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days when you receive your item to iniate a return via email. All returns must be requested and accepted via email before processing.
Actual monetary refunds will only be provided for items arrive faulty not for incorrect sizing or change of mind purchases. All items remain the responsibility of the buyer until the return package is received by Aneesa Makaïo. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for store credit or a refund- you must meet all our conditions : Your item must be in the same condition that you received in its original packaging.
- Must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged
- Must have original packaging and all tags attached in a resaleable condition
- Must be free of fragrances (i.e. perfumes, body odour, laundry detergent, etc.)
- Must be free of stains (i.e. make-up, self-tanner, sweat stains, etc.)
- Must be free of debris (i.e. human hair, pet hair, glitter, etc.)
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently not available.
If you need a different size or color, you may return your eligible item for store credit and place a new order. All items must meet our Conditions for Return.
Faulty Items
Refunds are offered for faulty items. Faulty items requested for refund must be returned back to and received by Aneesa Makaïo before any monetary amount is refunded. A shipping label will be provided, free of charge, for faulty product returns. The refund amount will reflect the purchase cost of the faulty item only, the original shipping cost of the item is not eligible for refund.
Please include the following information in emails regarding faulty items:
- Subject the email with ‘Faulty item’
- Include your order number
- Describe the nature of the faulty item
- Attach clear photos of the entire product showing the fault AND a close-up photo of the fault
- Specify if a refund or replacement of product is preferred
Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit that is applied to your customer account and can be used toward future purchases at Aneesa Makaïo. It is valid until December 31 of the calendar year which it was issued.
Important Note
Emails are responded to in chronological order as they are received. Please refrain from sending multiple emails to avoid delays in receiving a response.
Returns will be processed as soon as the return package is received by Aneesa Makaïo . Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed.
Longer processing times may occur during sale and holiday periods.
