Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

During product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Aneesa Makaïo is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact info@aneesamakaio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
